New heating & air smart system, custom stone and copper fireplaces and new construction of a 1500 square foot bar addition. The bar addition included a brand new one of a kind bar with custom glass doors and windows to create an open air experience. Exterior Construction of 18,000 square foot outdoor dining area, hardscape pathways, landscape, fire features and a new parking lot, with related utility work
